I must admit i was a bit nervous about this one, first time running 20 min and also first time running in the evening. I usually run just after lunch, because that’s my morning time, but the heat of the day suggested it might be easier when it had cooled off. Don’t know about easy, but off we plodded. Breaking it down into chunks helps me get through it, so I was glad the podcast version let me know at 5, 10 and 15 mins. I even managed to speed up for the last 2 minutes πŸ˜ŽπŸ™‚ bring on week 6 πŸ˜† and the best bit? I got a β€œwow” off my teenage son when I got back πŸ€œπŸ»πŸ€›πŸ»
