Hi everyone I have compiled the last run of 5k and must say I have a satisfied feeling about it but what’s next. I don’t want to stop but not sure what to do next. Any advice would be appreciated.
Couch to 5k complete: Hi everyone I have... - Couch to 5K
Couch to 5k complete
I downloaded a podcast
NHS 5K+ stepping stones
I did first run today using it it was fab x
It's running to a beat , try it if it isn't for you
You haven't lost anything x
Good luck
Brilliant I’ll have a look thanks for that, I’m sure it will be a great help👍
Before anything else, consolidation is needed, well essential really.. lots more 30 minute runs.. and different routes too.
The legs and the muscles, have only just begun building up and need to carry that on... after some consolidation runs, maybe, the C25K+ podcasts.. they are fun but challenging and hep with the different disciplines in our running...some folk find them tricky or try them too soon...but they are really useful.
Then, take a peek here for lots of advice
Before moving on if that is what you think you might do, enrol (free) in Parkrun and do 5K with loads of other friendly runners and walkers. Great system for the advancement of us ordinary folk running for fitness and pleasure.
