Just completed run 3 wk 5...the dreaded 20 minutes. I’m absolutely elated, I feel brilliant having done it. Starting this in week 1 we really struggled but now 20 minutes easily completed...
Great suggestion from here to run with a podcast playing instead of music. I listened to a comedy show and laughed all the way round the lake.

Super easy. Not sure about android phones but on an iPhone you should have a podcast icon somewhere on your home screen. It’s purple with a kind of white microphone in it. Click on that and you can search for loads of podcasts on all kinds of topics. History to comedy to cooking. You can also download them from websites too but I’ve just used the podcast app on my phone so far. Have fun!
You’re welcome! I really enjoyed running to a desert island discs podcast yesterday. A nice mix of chat and music clips and about the right length of time too. There’s probably something for everyone!
