1st of all.....woo hooooo! Congratulations.
Most folk wonder what to do when they reach that 9 week goal. Try and keep up the 3x week and if you have been aiming at the 30 minutes then maybe try 35 minutes on one of the runs.
But you need to get the miles in the legs and consolidate over a period of time. There is then the Bridge to 10k if you are wanting to increase distance.
But for now just enjoy the achievement !

Well done! Iβve gone straight on to 10k training. First run after graduation I got to 6k. Next week 7.4k. Iβm loosely following ju-ju-βs bridge to 10k where you do one short run with some faster bits in it, a 5k (ParkRun) and a longer run.
