W2r3 completed last Sat. Back, knees, shins and ankle soo very painful. Hobbling around on painkillers

Sorry to read this. If you have pain you need to get a check up from a medic.

If its aches because you are using new muscles, then that can be expected.

Thanks it's been very painful for over a week now. So frustrating have loved getting back to running. Totally motivated just body acreaming

Keep moving.. exercises and stretching... don't stiffen up...
