Week 1, Run 3

So today I decided to run straight after work part way round a reservoir! Also as my dog is a tad chubby, thought he could come for a jog too (He was not impressed)! Had a couple of stops on a couple of brisk walks, one for a toilet stop and one because a herd of highland cows were in the road, but as they didn’t interrupt our runs it went well! Felt like I could have done a few more runs! Not quite as far as I had been going because I turned round once the halfway bell rang and headed back, where before it was a circuit round the village and had no choice but to walk a bit extra! All in all, I’m looking forward to the first run of week 2! Happy days!

Well done, and sounds like it's all getting a bit easier than the first run (which seems to be a common theme on here - that first run is the hardest of all, I think)... and I love the pic :)
