Whoop whoop that run is done, left my home office for a high speed shuffle at lunch time so the whole neighbourhood could appreciate the full swing of the jelly belly, I must confess I’m starting to think I’m losing a few pounds although putting my jeans back on normally blasts that myth.

Really enjoyed today’s session, Ithought I may lack a bit of motivation to power through as no butt sniffing dog, no jibber jabba husband and no flagging daughter but instead my motivation came from my cat, may I introduce Miss Belle Bow Baggins, normally she loves to follow me on my daily stroll so she must have thought what the heck is going on when I commenced my high speed shuffle, Miss Belle Bow Baggins completed all the sessions with me although as I was shuffling up and down the same lane there were several points she disappeared, I assume this was so she could look like a cool cat.

I’m looking forward to starting week 5 which will be on Saturday for me know as I’m off to London for work.

Love it 😻! Doing the programme with your beautiful cat. What a great running companion (as long as she doesn't trip you up like my indoor house cats love to do to me, just starving for loving 😁)
