Week 5

Started week 5 looks like it's going to be a mixed bag this week. I struggle in the first half more than second any tips for this.

Also since January I have list a grand total of 42.5 lbs. All of this has been so out off my comfort zone. I'm competing in the race for life on 10 June in MK. Never have I done anything like this before x

My running seems to improve in the second half just finished W6R2 two 10 min runs. First was harder than the second...Just be grateful that you are a distance runner and enjoy getting stronger as the run goes on!

Every runner, almost without exception, finds the first 5-10 minutes the hardest, for good biological reasons healthunlocked.com/couchto5... so the answer is to not push too hard at the start.

Look forward to the longer runs when the toxic ten will take an ever reducing proportion of your runs.
