After resting for an extra day just completed r1 of week 3. Was worried about the knees and to be honest I would have enjoyed the run more but for the knees. Breathing was so much better after the first part of the run. Tried running on grass for a while to soften the footfall. Think I will stick to morning runs in the future though. Will carry on with the strengthening exercises. It has to get better surely???? 😔
