Hi all

I was a bit wary of this one, but glad to report it's now under the belt. After a half hour walk to work this morning, then back this afternoon ending in climbing a steep hill, home for a half hour rest till hubby gets home, then a quick change of clothing and off we went. The first 8 minute run, halfway through was a bit tired, but kept at it steady pace. 5 mins walking then into the next 8 minutes, not too bad, even finished on a bit of a faster pace and it felt really good. I am now feeling confident for the 20 mins run on Friday. I have not run since I was a child, so really thrilled and this really works.

Happy running everyone 🏃🏻‍♀️🏃🏻‍♀️🏃🏻‍♀️

Well done! Did the same run tonight and also had a long uphill walk home from work earlier! Was on my feet all day and really thought I'd struggle. But did it and on we go!
