This made me laugh as we start wk 5 this week, didn’t realise it got longer through w5! I limp through the last 5 mins. It suddenly seems hard at the end! Not sure how I will manage 3 lots of 5 mins!
Top tip: don't put all your banging tunes on your playlist. It will encourage you to run too fast. Start with something mellow.

This is my slow run playlist. I have another one for speedier runs, but they both start slow.
I am quite old and boring, so might not be to your taste, but you get the idea.

No problem. It's always difficult to share playlists, everyone has their own tastes. My sons' lists are too testosteroney for me. 🤷♀️
