I was dreading the thought of running for 3 minutes but I did it!! I don’t get breathless, it’s just whether my knee can cope but I had my gait analysis done and bought good walking shoes and insoles. I’m always looking at the next week and panicking though.

Well done!!! I just started week 2 so I’m duly in awe! Congratulations on setting out on your third week. Before you know it you will have been running for a month!!! Imagine that! X
