I did my W3R1 this morning, everything went well (better than I expected to be honest). But I can't believe how tired, and hungry, I've felt all afternoon. I think an early night is in order😴

Make sure you are hydrated at all times (your pee should always be a light colour) as dehydration could account for the tiredness and the feeling of hunger too. You need to drink a couple of litres a day - water in food counts along with your teas/coffees - more if you sweat a lot or in hot weather. On the other hand you could just be tired and hungry 😀. Enjoy your early night.

I finished w3 last week and totally understand the hungry feeling your on about as I have been feeling so hungry since I got to w2 and more so on w3 so Ive stocked up on extra fruit & vegetables. Enjoy your early night
