So, whilst snowboarding the week before last I well and truly knackered my knee (if you’re not too squeamish see photo !)
I’ve had a weeks rest with it variously in the air and covered in ice, and I realised I was actually MISSING RUNNING! This was an unexpected state of affairs!
So today I thought I’d drag the leg around and see if I could manage a run - and I did! 4.8k in a slow pace and with less pain than I thought... but a run nether the less.
