Just completed week2 Run 1 .I was pleasantly surprised as i was dreading it but it didn't really feel any harder than week 1 The only problem is although i concentrated on the breathing ,although i'm not gasping for breath i wouldn't say i could hold a conversation,my legs especially behind the knees feel very tight but i am working on this doing stretches so i hope it improves
