I have to do the same run today, going at 1pm during lunch but so can’t be bothered.
It’s daunting starting a new week, but don’t you find you feel really pleased with yourself after each run? Also, I don’t want to spend the afternoon thinking how I should have done it but didn’t, and now am behind schedule.
It’s just half an hour, then you don’t have to do it again for a couple of days. Maybe remember why you’re doing this at all, google or Pinterest some cheesy motivational quotes, or do it to post later on that you did, and how you found it, we can compare notes!
Time to kit up, shoes on, out of the door! Go now whilst there is no rush.

Don’t think about your feelings. Just take them with you on your run. Feel the pain and do it anyway! You’ll be sooooo chuffed afterwards!
