So I’m on week two and have done run two. I’m feeling a lot better about doing it, I want to get up and get it done and once I have done it I feel great, the only thing I seem to be struggling with is running for the whole 90 seconds I can’t do it so I was wondering if anyone had just carried on until they could before they proceeded to week three as I was thinking I may try one more time for my week two run three and if no better instead of ending and saving doing it again and then maybe again before I move onto the next week?!
Thanks guys

If you don't complete a run, then you have a rest day, or two and try again. There is no point moving onto the next workout if you did not complete the last.
Each session is working on your fitness, so is not wasted.
Read the link from IannodaTruffe .. rest up and then head out slowly and steadily... you will complete the run..If you are struggling, then slow down more
Hi Krick, I consider myself the queen of repeats since I took nine weeks to conquer week 1 ! I’ve just finished my second go at week 2 and I’ll have to go through it a few more times before I achieve all the requirements three times. This isn’t particularly unusual. Some people can bash straight through the programme in nine weeks but others need to take longer, which is why there’s a repeat function. Repeating isn’t failing. The only run you fail is the run you don’t go for. Relax and enjoy your journey x
Don’t worry how many times you repeat it. You are still running. It took me a year and 12 weeks to do it first time and I was SO proud to graduate in May this year. A month later broke my leg and have just started the whole thing again a few weeks ago - and it’s just as hard. W3R2 tomorrow with luck. Keep going. That’s al that matters
