Just back from my W3R2 and I'm really enjoying it. I've followed all the advice about starting slow and not worrying about pace which has helped my just relax and enjoy it.
I've signed up to a 5k Race for Life in June to keep me motivated. Friends and family said that 5k is not a challenge (last year I did a 45k walk for charity) but I pointed out that I will be running not walking....hopefully!! 😃
