So pleased I got out today: had a 150mile round trip this morning for my sonโ€™s rugby match (they lost ๐Ÿ™) but when we got in I got straight into my kit and out before it got dark and french homework got in the way. Really enjoyed this run: I think I have my knee issue under control too. Photo was me a minute or so into my cool down walk: if you look you can see how the road falls away, which was my final uphill minute. Apparently hills make you stronger....! All in all Iโ€™m a happy bunny this evening. Enjoy your week, everyone x

Iv been known to go and do my run while my daughter is warming up for her football match. The parents think Iโ€™m very dedicated to running now ๐Ÿ˜‚

Hills make you stronger, faster, and able to run further on flat... Theyโ€™re all good, apart from maybe the running up them bit!

Well done! Struggling after and injury at W3r2 so rested for 3 days and did W3r3 today. Not great and the ice pack is my friend. Next week will be make or break I think re continuing through or resting for longer whilst doing strengthening and stretching exercises. Happy next run!

I had knee pain in week 2 which is settling with ice, stretching etc. However rather than lose momentum on one day I went back a week and took it really steady for one run and that helped. I hope youโ€™re feeling better soon ๐Ÿ‘
