Legs don't feel too bad this morning but they seemed very restless in the night, moving all the time, is that normal?

Definitely got the heart beating a little faster, just had delivery of fitness watch with Heart Monitor so can see for real on tomorrows session - no idea what to expect as never checked it before - currently resting rate is 62

Yeah I find my legs are fidgety the night after a run. I want to keep stretching and flexing my feet up and down too. I do my stretches before and after running but I still get it. I find an Epsom Salt bath helps them settle a bit.
