So many comments from people running is bad , at your age r u sure , what about your knees . And today from a lady I bobbled past .. good gosh that looks hard.! But Not giving up . 🙂

While I am not advocating that you stop half way through the run, you can smile as you pass them and if you happen to meet up in the coffee shop later, you can debate the evidence.

People just say it They have no idea what they’re on about. My pal is a knee expert for his job. He is a runner, and his view is that NOT running is bad for the knees. That’s good enough for me 😃🏃‍♀️

My knees have got stronger since I began my running journey 💪

Haha. Sounds like my boss he tells my you cant run after 40 its bad for you. I just think to myself im 36yo and 13 weeks in. I can run 5k in sub 23mins.

Don't worry about what anyone says just listen to you body and dont overdo it.
