First run of week3 today and I can run 3 mins. Yay!!!

I keep record of my runs using Strava and noticed that even though Iβm in my week 3, my total distance is almost same as what I managed to run on day 1 of week 1.
Is this normal? Anyone else have similar experience? How long does it take to improve the distance?

Just checked my stats. My distance w1 and w3 were v similar also. That was surprising. I just did W4R1 today and it was a bit longer. I don't really look at distance tbh. I hadn't actually realised I could π. I am such a new runner it is more about actually breathing till.the end of the run ππ€£ππ€£
