3 minutes!!

I did it - I actually managed to run for 3 minutes! Week 3, run 1 is in the bag and I actually feel good about my next run. I slowed down, thanks to the advice you lovely lot gave me and what a difference! Sure, I was still knackered by the end of my second 3 minutes run, I just didn’t feel like my lungs were about to explode through my chest and land on the pavement at my feet! Thanks for the support :0))))

  • slow and steady gets you there every time..

  • Slow, slow, slower! 👍

  • Awww well done. I love reading posts like yours. I know what you mean about your lungs feeling like they're going to explode but it's definitely getting better with each run for sure.

  • Well done!! Yes, slower than you thought was possible is the way to go to keep those lungs in place. The breathing does improve, I promise.

  • Well done you...... keep it slow and keep it steady!
