I did it - I actually managed to run for 3 minutes! Week 3, run 1 is in the bag and I actually feel good about my next run. I slowed down, thanks to the advice you lovely lot gave me and what a difference! Sure, I was still knackered by the end of my second 3 minutes run, I just didn’t feel like my lungs were about to explode through my chest and land on the pavement at my feet! Thanks for the support :0))))

Awww well done. I love reading posts like yours. I know what you mean about your lungs feeling like they're going to explode but it's definitely getting better with each run for sure.

Well done!! Yes, slower than you thought was possible is the way to go to keep those lungs in place. The breathing does improve, I promise.
