Just completed run 2 of week 2 and I feel as though I'm getting slower both running and walking. I know the advice is to go at your own place, but I feel I'm not going quicker whether I'm running or walking this week. Is this a normal "blip," πŸŒπŸ€”

Don't worry slow is good.

I'm a slow tortoise hoping one day I'll morph into a gazelle but it's about the time spent jogging at the moment not speed :)

Yes sounds normal to me. I had a phase around week 3 where my legs felt heavy and I ran (shuffled) slower than ever, but I'm feeling lighter now - and marginally faster! As SuperMouse said, don't worry about speed just concentrate on building stamina for now.
