I did my W5r2 yesterday and I'm extremely slow but managed the 8 mins which I was amazed at. 20 mins is next one !!!!!

You’ve got the idea taking your snail with you. 🐌
There is no rush to run quickly. You’re just concentrating on running for the allotted time and building running legs. Snail away as much as you like, and if you find you’re struggling ever, slow down to sub snail pace. 🐌

Extremely slow is just perfect pace... that’ll develop your stamina and as strength builds later you’ll speed up. Enjoy the 20.
