I woke up this morning thinking 25 minutes without stopping! Then I got out of bed and had a horrible pain above my inner ankle bone. I hobbled around doing all the things needed to be done and thought Iβll go and see how I feel after the 5 minute warm up. Off I went and when Jo said itβs time to run I slowly jogged (very slowly actually as I had forgotten to put sports bra on! TMI?) The pain in my ankle disappeared and my left knee felt normal for once! 25 minutes! Me ππ! Chuffed!

Iβm a bit nervous about w6r3 tomorrow but Iβll just breathe and keep going. I think the walks in between are becoming more difficult. Better just to tootle along.

Just a little tip... before you get out of bed.. swing your legs out and really rub, your knees, , ankles ,shins and toes...I do it every morning...( and yes, someone did say they had a vision of me singing it..to the tune of head and shoulders etc)
It gets the blood flowing and whizzing around the joints I an old but it works for all ages
But have you now got 2 black eyes π
