I was dreading today’s run and had to force myself to go out, so glad I did, I felt so much stronger - the last set of 5 minutes hurt but it was a nice hurt 😂😂

I did the w4 r1 last night I must admit I had to pause half way through the 5 mins runs but your post has inspired me to jog on
Well Done! Scheduled to do my 3rd run today but my son's got an inset day. He's midly asthmatic and I'm encouraging him to try running so we did the Week 1 run together this morning instead
