Hi there, I've just completed my wk1 r3......enjoying it, but boy is it a challenge!! I'm thinking I'll redo week one, just to feel like I can then tackle week 2! Do I just reset the app?

Well done. You can just click on the same run icon again. I’m in week 5 and have repeated pretty much every run I’ve done so far (none of this rest day lark)..
Try the first run of W2 and take it slowly. If you can’t complete it by all means repeat a W1 again but this time have one or two days recovery and go for it. I felt like you after W1. Struggled and ached. But, amazingly W2 was better. Just finished w4r1. The first of the 5 minute no-stopping runs. I’d never have believed it possible after w1 but it is. Don’t skip the rest days, look at w1 as a building block to complete, which you have, and now move on. It’s time. You can do it. Good luck!
