W6R2 done! Feeling fab!!!

Just completed W6R2 and loved it! I really have really enjoyed these last two runs. My legs feel so much stronger this week and I’m feeling far more comfortable with what I’m doing.

Trying not to dwell on the upcoming long runs too much as I know I’ll get there eventually and I’ve already come further than I ever though possible.

I’ve never been a sporty person, always detested exercise and probably last ran when I left school in ‘93, so to actually enjoy running is a bit of a revelation. The posts on here have really motivated me to keep going so I’m hoping this post will do the same for someone else. Good luck!

I did same run today and enjoyed it even though I wasn't feeling it when I got up. I borrowed hubby's fancy watch and he said if I carry on running at that speed I'd easily manage 5k under 30 mins so I'm quite chuffed. Heres to the final 10 runs. Good luck with yours. 🏃🏃💪🏼🏅🏆

Well done. It sounds like you did an amazing job! I normally track my runs on Strava but messed it up today and only recorded 2 minutes, but the pace I was doing felt good so that’s good enough for me. Final 10 runs sounds good! 🙌 Good luck!
