Hi guys I’ve had this app on my phone for a very long time and never got round to it but now I’ve been diagnosed with type 2 diabetes and lost over 4 stone and got my BGs levels to the low 5s are there any of you guys on here that have been or knowing anyone one in the same circumstances that have done C25k just looking for advice before I start. Thanks

There have been diabetics who have overcome the condition by regular exercise and good diet, so you have a lot to gain.

I think it will be great for you, well done on the weight loss, if you have that determination to lose the weight you can do this. Many of us have or live with medical conditions and this has helped mine. If you get started you will also get loads of support here
