Just to share...I've just done week 5 run 3 and managed 20 minutes of running without stopping! I stopped when Michael said but thought I might have managed a bit more! Who'd have thought it?? Very proud of me. Hope we're all having a good week. πŸ˜πŸ‘πŸ‘

Well done, that is so good to hear. We are starting week 5 on Sunday and just have 1 more week 4 run to do, but that run you have just done is scaring me! Michael is our coach too! Thanks for the encouraging post and happy progression πŸƒπŸ»β€β™€οΈπŸƒπŸ»β€β™€οΈ

No need to be scared...this malarkey gets you ready. I was surprised at how quickly it went. In week 1, a minute felt forever!! Pleased to say i’ve done it, was a mental barrier to break. Good luck.

Congratulations! Well done! I hope to complete W5R3 tomorrow or Friday. Did you have one or two days rest between R2 and R3?

Thanks! It ended up being 2 days with work and family commitments. But think that might have been a help on the long run! Good luck with your run.

Well done.

I suspect that you now believe that you can become a runner.

Look out for W6R1 though, it is tougher than it looks.

Keep running, keep smiling.

Thanks for that. And for the forewarning. For me, the sense of accomplishment will keep me smiling.
