Done but found it tougher going. Ran much later than I have done before after a busy and stressful day. Legs very tired and I don't think I drank enough today.

Hydration every day is essential not just run days. Make sure you warm up well, and after a day like you had, just relax into the runs. Slow and steady and use the run to unwind
