Definitely Sunday. Never do 2 days and no rest. Better the extra rest days than 2 successive days. Maybe try and build in some extra exercise elsewhere in these days.
Take bus? Get off a stop early and walk. Take the lift at work? Take the stairs.
Come Sunday you'll need no motivation and will be itching to go.
