W3R3 done and missed the hail shower!

Felt leaden this morning - not sleeping well - but keen to get run done before rushing off to tap class at 10am (this is the only daytime class I indulge in - and it is as much a mental work out as physical!). Run went well, I prefer the longer run than lots of short ones, but I may not be saying that on Friday when I start week 4 😳😄. Pic of part of my run, always very quiet and peaceful (except when they are using strimmers, like today!). Nice to see the bluebells out.
