Some parts seemed easier. Breathing was better too. Just worried about the knees. They were really bad after R1 on Monday !

Are you doing any strength exercises for your knees? Squats are good
My knees were a bit sore when I started but soon got used to the exercise and now I have knee muscles where before there were none!
Hi and thank8 for the tip. No don't do any strengthening exercises. I walk a fair bit everyday going to work but I know it's not the same. Knees haven't been as bad today as previously, so may be getting accustomed? Hope so. See how third run goes on Friday morning. 😅
