Are you slowing down enough? How about adding a target of an extra 30s to each run?

Welcome back to the warmth ??? :)

Try some different routes... try different distances and speeds... Have you tried the C25K+ podcasts, which are fun yet really challenging.. take a look at IannodaTruffe 's post... FAQ What's next :)

Have you read the guide to post C25K running? healthunlocked.com/couchto5...

Frankly, if you don't run a distance you will have troubles running that distance............you wouldn't expect to find running 15k easy if you only ever ran 10k.

You don't say what is making you stop. Unless you are in pain, carry on, just a bit further each run. You will get there, but there are no shortcuts, you have to keep stretching yourself.

You will do it if you believe you can.

I’m in exactly the same position - I graduated last August and have only started to run for 30 mins again. Like you, my goal is to run a 5K non stop. I have run 4K in 35 mins before so I do believe I can run 5K. As the mentors have said, it’s a question of pushing yourself that little bit further each time you run. I also think it’s about having your head in the right place - the belief that you can do it. I will run 5K... but in my own time. You will do it too. Good luck👍

Thank you so much I stop because Jo Whiley said I can. I still use C25 week 9 run 3 - today when she told me I had finished I ignored her and carried on running and guess what 5.4 km 😀😀😀 so now my aim is to increase speed - thank you so much 😁
