Just completed R2W4. Heart and lungs feeling great.... legs feel heavy heavy heavy! Does it get any better or am I going to have to drag them around forever?

Heavy legs come and go, they do get less as you progress, then pop up every now and then. But you will learn to cope with them as time goes on and you will love it SO much when you have a light as air run! Keep adequately hydrated during the day and do some stretches before and after - I love heel dips. Good luck!! This is gonna change your life if you let it!

You do get stronger... just try some exercises for those legs too, on non run days!
