I am SO lucky!I haven't really been looking forward to my last run, because it was going to happen somewhere strange and new, too many variables to relax and enjoy - so was actually thinking about postponing it for a week. I'm flying to Delhi tonight, pretty much straight after work, (well actually straight after my Italian lesson but thats another story) and I already had a yoga session scheduled (and paid for!) for early morning, so no time then. It was really bothering me! So I go to yoga this morning, and my lovely teacher asks if I've completed my C25K (because I've been telling her about my progress and she knows I am off tonight) and I say no, I'm not looking forward to doing it while i'm away, and she says 'Lets go now, I'll come with you! and we can do a shorter yoga session after' I wanted to cry! So off we went, many apologies from me about my speed or rather lack of, each with our own headphones - I have to listen to Jo - and as i shuffled along, Mary did a pony prance next to me - it was so funny, and lovely, and I just felt really blessed. AND around 27 minutes into the run, along came Don MacLean again so I even had that pleasure for the last few minutes. So I made it through, it was harder than W9R2, but I HAVE DONE IT! I have graduated and this obese tortoise has been rolling around on its back with its legs in the air - well its a yoga pose of course. And my abs are now strong enough to flip myself over again ha ha! Yoga was the best thing to do afterwards, a really good stretch, and now I can go away without worrying about how and where to complete. But heck, now what?! Is there a forum for 30M25K? And that is to 5k not 25k. Anyway, high five to everyone out there whatever stage you are at, this is such a rewarding programme! And because of that, I have decided to reward myself with a running watch so I can aim towards that elusive 5k. Respect to all you C25K runners and Graduates! Thank you so much for all the support and for being on this Forum and helping me in my journey. Today, I love me! ππ

What a lovely post!! Well done you!! ππ
Awesome post Ajay! Sounded fantastic! I know I did W10R1 this morning and felt a bit adrift! Enjoy your trip, is it business or a holiday?!
Congrats Ajay99!- an epic graduation run tale! Iβm sure one of the admins will post the (very comprehensive) guide to what comes next, but in the meantime hurrah, well done! Infectious pony prancing, soak in the applause!
Well done!! You will be walking on cloud 9 today and so well deserved
Congratulations! And enjoy Delhi.
Thank you! I am floating its true! Continual soppy grin on my face! Really hard to work today! I have a six hour layover in Delhi so now I don't have to run round the terminal (ha!) I might go and see the Red Fort, I have never been to India before, seems a shame to stay in the airport. Then I head to Goa for some R&R
You should love you! Really well done. I still have four weeks to go, so some tough runs ahead. Congratulations π

There isn't really an app for after Graduation but we recommend consolidating those 30 minute runs and working up towards 5k maybe.
LannodaTruffe has written a great guide suggesting what to do after Graduating. Here is the link..
