Wow.....that was tough. For the first time since starting my C25K it was windy and I really felt it going into the wind. On the first 5 minute run I couldn't believe it when Laura said I was only half way!...I was sure I was nearly finished!!

Anyway I didn't stop and I completed it. The only thing that stopped me giving up during the first 5 minute run was the thought of having to do w4R1 again!!! :-)

The support on here and reading people's experiences good and bad is really helping me....so thank you.

I'm so happy for you! Just did the same run today as well! And yes the wind was so in my face. Did you slow right down too?

We did it though! If we can do this hurdle we can do anything!

Well done to you too!

I was so slow it feels as if I could walk it faster at some points. Who knew jogging at a such a slow pace cou,d be so difficult but as you said - we did it!

Well done for keeping going sooz, especially in wind! I had to take walking breaks during the runs for my w4r1 and had to redo it.
