Wow.....that was tough. For the first time since starting my C25K it was windy and I really felt it going into the wind. On the first 5 minute run I couldn't believe it when Laura said I was only half way!...I was sure I was nearly finished!!
Anyway I didn't stop and I completed it. The only thing that stopped me giving up during the first 5 minute run was the thought of having to do w4R1 again!!!
The support on here and reading people's experiences good and bad is really helping me....so thank you.

I was so slow it feels as if I could walk it faster at some points. Who knew jogging at a such a slow pace cou,d be so difficult but as you said - we did it!
