Very unfit 60 year old trying to keep alive. Cannot quite believe I have today run for 16 minutes. Could barely jog for 30 seconds 3 weeks ago. The remaining 5 weeks looks a bit daunting but will keep going

Well done! I've just completed W3R3 so am not looking forward to W4R1!! I'm doing ok so far, for a 69 yr old, but there's no stopping now!!

Well done, I've just done run 2 . Finding week 4 quite hard, quite a jump up from wk 3, but am completing to my amazement. And yes 4 weeks ago ....! The after buzz is fantastic - Go us!

I’m a very unfit 60 yr old and at exactly the same place as you! I can’t believe it either. After the run my knees start hurting but the day after they seem fine! Like you say, what a difference a few weeks makes. Will follow your progress and together we can do this. Good luck x
