Just started running today feel good after just the first run never had the confidence to run in public but I overcame that and I feel proud of myself for doing it. I know it’s still early but it’s a start then I can build more confidence to start running during the day!

Well done for getting out there, confidence does grow, I know it’s silly but I still try to avoid people but at least we are out there doing it while the rest are on the couch

Congratulations Kasey. Brilliant start. I’ve just started week 4 and can’t believe I ran for 5 mins! Twice 😂

I go out very early too as feel embarrassed still but hope I can overcome this as the weeks go on. We can do this!! Xx

Good for you KaseyP, full of admiration for you. First time I did this programme a year ago, I ran round my garden and never made it to the streets at all, so I decided to try again and graduated yesterday running “outside” in the daytime, believe me your confidence will grow each run you achieve. Go for it! 😄
