Well, I would never EVER had imagined myself running for more than 10 seconds nearly 9 weeks ago yet here I am going to do run 3 of week 8 tomo!!!!
All my runs I do indoors on treadmill and I still need to get the courage to venture outside, but for now il carry on the training indoors.
Il b bk in 4 runs time with the amazing news of completing a hard challenge which Iv nearly given up on a few times.
To anyone who is only at the beginning of C25k and feeling unsure about being able to complete it then just find ur own pace, ur own way of doing it, take just 1 run at a time n someone to support u in those difficult times n u will do it. Good luck x
