Hi all
Just a quick update. I was nervous of this run, mainly because of the thought of running for 5 mins, but went out this morning and found that I actually enjoyed it. Honestly, the 5 mins we're really ok, in fact, once I got going I felt great and not at the end of my energy if you know what I mean.
To think I have now managed to run for 16 mins in 1 session compared with 8mins in week 1 is amazing, but just proves that it works.
