Hi all, so I started the runs about 2 weeks ago but seemed to have given up after a week as I wasn’t keep up with it. I’m keen to give it another go after feeling motivated from the London Marathon. But I’m worried about a previous ankle injury I had last October when I fractured my ankle. Any advice?? Rach xxx

Hi and welcome. The beauty of this programme is that you can usually pick up from where you left off (assuming you mean you had trouble carrying on with the programme and not that you didn't complete any runs). So why not just go from where you were and see how it goes? If it is really bad then go back to the beginning. Then diarise your runs - make sure they happen - only you can do that. Keep coming here for help, advice, encouragement, kick up the b*m, laughs whatever to keep you going.
With regards to your ankle, if it has healed and you have been given the OK to run then you are good to go. However, if you have any doubts about it seek advice from your medical professional as that's what they are there for.
