W2 in the bag!.. Oh No!

I’m delighted to get to W2R3, but now I have to have a hernia op tomorrow... being self employed and needing to lift, I have to take 6 weeks off work😕... but will I have to start my runs again and go back to the beginning ?.. and how long will I have to wait
