W1 R2 : A beautiful day to shuffle

Thanks to this site, i took onboard all the wisdom offered and totally slowed it down for my second 'run'. It felt great, I didn't want to stop (but did) and hips n knees are feeling fine.

Ok so a little old lady, seriously she must have been 100, overtook me as she ran with her wee dogs, as did a guy with a giant backpack that appeared to be filled with bricks 😲, but I'm super happy. Happy marathon Sunday!

Aww thanks RobW73! The pollution has well and truly settled in now, all grey. Yep I'll keep posting here regularly, it will help keep me accountable. I know how my sneaky mind works 😎
