If you've completed W2 you're ready for W3.

Trust in the program. It may not feel like it but each run you're getting stronger.

Well done for finishing W2, keep up the good work.

Good luck and happy running!

I've just completed week 3 and my best piece of advice would be to not run too fast!

I made the mistake of really pushing myself on runs 1 and 2 and it was hard!!

Following the advice of people on here and the guy in my local running shop I slowed right down for the 3rd run (including taking smaller strides in my walk).

It was so much better - I can honestly say I really enjoyed it and am looking forward to the challenges week 4 will bring on Monday!

You can do it! x

I’m only 2 runs ahead( doing W3 R3 tomorrow) and I remember feeling the same but you will be absolutely fine -the programme is fantastic at pacing us- all we have to be is slow and steady, my running is probably slower than my brisk walk but we are learning a brand new skill so let’s all shuffle together! 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️🌟

I found week 3 easier than week 2. Don't go too fast and make sure you keep hydrated. I tried week 4 run 1 on Thursday but the heat was too much for me so I reverted back to a week 3 run. Tried again today and did it. I thought there was no way I could run 5 minutes but stick to the plan
