I’ve now not run since last Thursday. Before that I’d run every other day for two weeks.
I’ve not ran because my knees and legs in general are in so much pain. I’ve been taking ibuprofen and stretching and having hot baths but don’t seem to be subsiding.
I’m missing running.
Am I daft to go and see the doctor??

Thanks. I thought I might be being a bit soft but trying to do it the right way as want to carry on and not injure myself. My running partner is fine so it’s either I’ve done a bit of damage or I’m doing something wrong.
