So pleased to have completed today's run. Found it easier than last run and actually felt like keeping on running for the 3 min walk in the middle. I didnt though as the programme is great and has got me this far fairly easily 😌 i trust it to get me to week 9 and beyond.

I am certainly not a fast runner but for some reason i also ran a bit further today. 🏃

Looking forward to next run in Friday 😄

These runs are great for letting your legs find their happy pace.. perfect for relaxing into... well done you !
