This may not be the right area to ask this but I did have the couch to 5k app on my old phone but it won't let me download it on my new phone, any suggestions please?

Have you tried the "one you " app? It allows coach choice, and you can use your own playlist.

Doesn't work on my Nokia Lumia though, I had it on my Samsung which broke and google play is saying its still on there.....

Oh no... I'm not at all techy. Maybe the podcast until you can sort it out.

I'm sure others on this site will have some great ideas though.

Lagatachocolate is correct, you could go for the podcast. Which I did initially, it kept crashing though, which is a bugger when you are 15 or more minutes into your run
